Luxury Family or Executive Caribbean Home and 'A Little Piece of Paradise'

Introduction: A note from our family to whomever the new owners will be.

Perhaps the most appropriate way to introduce this property is to start by saying congratulations to whomsoever will become the next lucky owner. I know, you're probably thinking that this is the strangest way to list a property, but read on and you will understand why our daughter cried when we first bought the property and why she cried when we made our decision to sell.

When was the last time you built a dream with your own two hands and then found yourself struggling with the thought of giving away that dream to someone else? Well, as painful as it may be, this is the decision that my family and I are faced with as we must sell our beautiful dream home and our "little piece of tropical paradise". Don't get me wrong, selling our home is for a good reason as our business is expanding at an exponential rate, to the extent that we must expand our business and life adventures into Asia. Yep, we're migrating to Asia and our beautiful home is all yours.

We left Canada (and the freezing cold) over fifteen years ago and found two pretty little Caribbean islands called Antigua and Barbuda. As a result, we fell in love with these islands and it's people, built our home on Antigua and never left. Back then, it seemed like we landed on another planet as the people were so friendly and welcoming that we felt like they had known us for many years. Everywhere we went on the island we were greeted with warm friendly smiles and open arms. Perhaps this is why Christopher Columbus fell in love with this enchanted paradise, when he landed on the island in 1493 and named it "Santa Maria de la Antigua" after a miracle-working saint of Seville. Anyway, I digress.

Long story short, we spent months searching for the most ideal location on the island to put down our roots. We visited house after house but none of them spoke to us, nor did they have the key characteristics we were looking for in a home. Until one day, we finally visited a property that possessed all the ingredients and potential in the world. Our first criteria was a location with a view of the ocean. The property did not have to be located right on the beach, but it had to be close enough for us to see the ocean in the distance. To our surprise we got our first wish, a beautiful view of the bay, hence the name "Bay View Place", and we got so much more.
