For the couch potato you will be happy to know that we have installed a 6 Foot satellite dish with 2 satellite receivers and a "lifetime" subscription (yes, you read it correctly), and more channels than you will ever have time to watch.

The house has been newly painted, both inside and out with new roofing and Caribbean style shutters installed. Located at the front of the house is a long veranda which leads from the living-room across the front of the house and opens out into a recently built, large open-air patio, with terracotta coloured tiles and short rails, just off the kitchen. Star gazing is amazing at night but we can install a rollout canvas awning if you require it at no additional cost to you. This area has turned into a great place to entertain guests, have family dinners or weekend barbecues. You can often find us here in the afternoons after work, relaxing, sipping a cocktail and watching the world go by.
